The Graphene Revolution
Bridging the gap between theoretical physics and industrial reality.
We are 6phene.
The Material
What is it?
Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice. It is the basic building block for other graphite materials but possesses miraculous properties on its own.
Why does it matter?
It is the strongest material ever tested (200x stronger than steel), the best conductor of heat and electricity, and nearly transparent. It has the potential to revolutionize batteries, computing, and construction.
When was it found?
While theorized for decades, it was first isolated in 2004 at the University of Manchester, earning Geim and Novoselov the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2010.

Our Company
Who We Are
We are a collective of chemical engineers, material scientists, and manufacturing experts dedicated to the carbon revolution.
Where We Are
Headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, a growing hub for advanced manufacturing and nanotechnology in Canada.
Why We Exist
To solve the "Graphene Paradox": making a material that is amazing in the lab actually affordable and usable in the factory. We focus on scalability and integration.
Engineering the Future
Based in Guelph, Canada, 6phene is at the forefront of graphene nanotechnology. We bridge the gap between laboratory research and commercial application, scaling atomic perfection to industrial quantities.
Our team works directly with defense contractors and manufacturers to integrate nanomaterials into existing supply chains without disrupting production.
